Mixer 1 minute et r\u00e9partir cette cr\u00e8me dans des moules en silicone.<\/li><li>Faire cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 90\u00b0C, puis congeler l\u2019ensemble refroidi directement dans les moules (2 heures minimum). Pour servir, d\u00e9mouler les cheesecakes encore congel\u00e9s sur les biscuits, et servir avec un coulis compos\u00e9 d\u2019un pot de confiture poire- ch\u00e2taigne et de 4 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de La P\u00e9rine.
